After we visited the site together with the owner, we decided to control the noise of the equipment in batches so as to make the noise emission reach the national standard.
It is mainly divided into two parts:
1. Slurry circulating pump noise control.
2. Noise control of absorber oxidation fan and ash cleaning fan.
Treatment measures:
1. Slurry circulating pump noise control
5 slurry circulating pumps for a set. Build 3 sound insulation room, the size of sound insulation room according to the site, the use of porous panel, sound absorbing material, panel frame, etc. Install the maintenance glottis in the lower part of the sound insulation room, and install the lighting and sound insulation window on the top. The air muffler is installed at the bottom of the sound insulation room, and the exhaust muffler is installed at the top opening to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and noise control.
2. Absorber oxidation fan and ash cleaning wind
