According to the operation characteristics of the generator set, our company effectively reduces the noise of the generator set and the generator room, and reduces the noise level inside and outside the room while ensuring the normal operation of the generator set. The impedance muffler is used to reduce the sound pressure level and sound energy of the inlet and outlet of the generator set on the premise of ensuring the air inlet and outlet of the generator set. The indoor environment for sound absorption processing, reduce the indoor reverberation sound. After noise reduction processing, factory boundary noise can meet the discharge standard of environmental noise within the boundary of industrial enterprises "(GB12348-2008) Ⅱ class area standards; Namely, daytime ≤60dB (A) and night ≤50dB (A).
Treatment measures: install sound-absorbing wall in the wall of the generator room, effectively absorb and isolate noise, reduce indoor reverberation sound, the total area is 478 square meters, the wall height is 6.3 meters. The lower part of the floor is installed with a sound-absorbing ceiling to effectively absorb and isolate noise and reduce indoor reverberation. The installation height is 6.3 meters and the total area is 263 square meters.
